2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer
a 7-day money-back guarantee on all courses:

  • Refund request within 30
    days of purchase
  • For first course enrollment
    (refund applies to first course only per customer)
  • Course purchase date is the
    start date
  • Original purchaser only
    (non-transferable)
  • Not used to circumvent
    payment system
  • No refund if content
    accessed and returned to service

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The
following are NOT refundable:

  • Certifications (once issued)
  • Physical items (printed
    certificates, merchandise)
  • Bundles (if any portion
    accessed)
  • Courses purchased during
    promotional periods (specific restrictions apply)
  • Courses held for less than
    24 hours before refund
  • Refunded courses re-enrolled
  • Gifted courses (gift
    provider may refund within 30 days)
  • Course upgrades (once
    upgrade accessed)

 

3. REFUND PROCESS

    refund

  • Reason does not affect
    eligibility (if within policy)

Step 3:
Wait for Approval

  • We review within 5-7
    business days
  • Email notification of status
  • If approved, refund
    processing begins
  • If denied, explanation
    provided

3.2 Refund Timeline

Processing:

  • Approval: 5-7 business days
  • Refund issuance: 1-3
    business days after approval
  • Credit card: 3-5 business days
    to appear
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank transfer: 5-10 business
    days

Important: Time to process depends on:

  • Payment method
  • Your financial institution
  • Weekend/holiday processing

We cannot
speed up your bank’s processing time, but we process immediately after
approval.

4. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

4.1 Course Quality Issues

If you
believe course quality is inadequate:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Describe specific issues
  • Provide examples
  • We may:
    • Offer partial refund
    • Replace with different
      course
    • Provide additional support
    • Issue full refund

4.2 Technical Issues

If
technical problems prevent course access:

  • Contact support immediately
  • We will troubleshoot
  • If unresolved within 7 days:

    • Full refund available
    • No 30-day limit for
      technical issues

4.3 Duplicate Purchase

If you
accidentally purchased twice:

  • Provide order numbers

4.4 Instructor Unavailability

If
instructor unavailable for promised duration:

  • Live classes canceled
  • We will offer:
    • Course replacement

    of usage
  • No 30-day limit

5. BUNDLE AND PACKAGE PURCHASES

5.1 Bundle Refunds

    refund entire bundle
  • If any course accessed: no
    refund (keep what you purchased)

5.2 Subscription-Based Courses

For
subscription/membership courses:

    subscription start
  • Cancels future charges

Assessment

  • Downloading materials does
    not prevent refund
  • Downloads do not indicate
    completion
  • Refund policy unchanged

7.3 Certificates Not Issued

8. REFUND RESTRICTIONS

8.1 Abuse Prevention

We may
deny refunds for:

  • Multiple refund requests
    (pattern of abuse)
  • Purchasing and immediately
    refunding
  • Using refunds as free trials
  • Enrolling, downloading all
    materials, requesting refund
  • Enrolling in multiple
    courses, refunding majority

8.2 Account Violations

Refunds

  • Shared login credentials
  • Misused platform
  • Posted prohibited content

8.3 Legal Hold
